GREECE - We use Geniki Taxydromiki for shipping your order within Greece. Geniki Taxydromiki is the best and fastest Greek Carrier, tracking is good and transit times very fast.The shipping prices quoted in your shopping cart are provided upon your checkout.

EUROPE - We use DHL Express OR Registered Mail for shipping your order in Europe. 

DHL Express arrives in your destination in most regions in 1-2 days and in some cases in 3. If your address is in a place, difficult to reach, your order may come in 4 days.

REST OF THE WORLD - We use Registered Mail for shipping your order Worldwide.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Shipping fees cannot be refunded, even when they are offered as ''free shipping''.

If you are shipping an item back you should ALWAYS consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You are responsible for being present to receive your shipment.
If several delivery attempts are made and you are absent, the item will be returned back to us, in which case you will not be refunded for the shipping cost.
